The Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Qiyamah will be his sadaqah (charity).” – Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 604.
“When a man passes away, his good deeds will also come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); knowledge which is beneficial, or virtuous children who pray for him.” Narrated by Abu Hurairah R.A., Sahih Muslim.
